Meet your team and get equipped
We meet you at your accommodation, at our campsite, at our house or wherever you are camping. We hand out protective clothing and equipment and help you adjust everything before departure.
By 4×4 to Amougr
Once equipped, travel by 4×4 to Amougr. At the meeting point of the Ahansal and Melloul rivers, this is where your 12 km rafting descent begins.
Your briefing before departure
Beside the river, your guide explains how to sit in the raft, hold and use your paddle and follow commands on the water. The briefing covers safety instructions before launching.
Let the descent begin
Board the raft with your guide for 12 km from Amougr. Paddle together, follow your guide’s directions and discover the valley’s river, mountains and rocky cliffs. The descent takes around two hours, depending on conditions.
A break for games and a swim
Some outings allow a stop for group games and a swim. This optional break depends on river conditions and the guide’s approval and supervision. Afterwards, return to the raft and continue downstream.
Arrival at Tilouguite bridge and return
The descent ends at Tilouguite bridge. The same 4×4 vehicles that took you to the starting point provide the return transport.
