Rafting · 30 km
From Pont Isgli to Tilouguite, a longer descent through the Melloul landscapes and gorges.
Your programme, step by step
Equipment, briefing, river accompaniment and local transport within the circuit. Reach the agreed meeting point; transport from your city can be arranged on request.
Durations are approximate. The programme may be adapted to river conditions.
Meet in Msfrane and transfer to Isgli bridge
We meet you in Msfrane, already dressed and equipped for rafting. Transport then takes you to Isgli bridge, the starting point of the 30 km route, along the mountain road beside the valley.
The briefing before departure
At Isgli bridge, your guide explains the safety instructions, how to sit in the raft and use the paddle, and the commands to follow on the water.
The descent begins
We launch at Isgli bridge on the Melloul River. Paddle together with your guide and follow their directions throughout the route. The 30 km descent takes about four hours on the water, depending on river conditions.
Through the Melloul gorges
We continue through the gorges of the Melloul River, between rocky walls and mountain scenery. Travel with the team, follow your guide’s directions and discover the valley from within the gorges.
The rivers meet at Amougr
We reach Amougr, where the Melloul River meets the Ahansal River. From here, we continue down the Ahansal towards Tilouguite, following the same stretch as the 12 km route.
Continue towards Tilouguite
We continue down the Ahansal through river and mountain landscapes. Paddle as a team and follow your guide’s instructions as we approach Tilouguite.
A break for games and a swim
Some outings allow a stop for group games and a swim. This optional break depends on river conditions and the guide’s approval and supervision. Afterwards, return to the raft and continue downstream.
Arrival at Tilouguite bridge and return
The descent ends at Tilouguite bridge. The same 4×4 vehicles that took you to the starting point provide the return transport.
